Overview
Heritage Haus is operated by Taylor Made Holdings. Heritage Haus helps sellers and estates prepare, market, coordinate, and sell home furnishings and related goods. These terms describe the general use of our website and communication channels. Final consignment, sale, pickup, negotiation, and payout details may be confirmed separately in writing.
Item Review
Submitting photos or item details does not guarantee acceptance. Heritage Haus may decline items for any reason, including condition, category fit, size, location, pricing expectations, or market demand.
Pricing and Markdown Policy
For consigned items, Heritage Haus and the consignor agree on an initial listing price and any pricing flexibility in the applicable consignment terms. The standard commission split is 50% to Heritage Haus and 50% to the consignor based on the final sale price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Marketplace Distribution
Heritage Haus may prepare and post listings across channels such as Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, Nextdoor, OfferUp, AptDeco, Chairish, local lists, direct buyer outreach, and other appropriate venues. Availability, placement, buyer response, and final sale are not guaranteed.
